Harvest: between August and September. Soft pressing, without picking the wood from bunches, by using pneumatic presses to avoid damages to the wooden part of the grapes, which could give some unwanted flavours to the wine. Bottling, by using isobaric fillers, in special bottles (resistant to 4-5 bar pressure); cork is secured with a wire hood. To be consumed within 2 years.
