ANTÉS LANGHE DOC RED
Red wine with a persistent bouquet reminiscent of red fruits. The taste is dry and tannic, ideal to accompany very rich dishes. This wine best represents one of the most important and famous Italian wine-growing areas, the Langhe.
Food Pairings: matured cheese, feather game, roasted red meat, delicate roasts. It pairs also well with pasta with meat-based sauces and risottos.

Tasting notes
Harvest: beginning of October. Crushing of the grapes with de-stemming and fermentation in big containers with skins and selected yeasts, at controlled temperature, till the transformation of the natural sugars of the grapes. Decantation of the skins and storage of the Antes Langhe Red wine in suitable containers to guarantee a perfect maturation of the wine. Bottling after sterile filtration and rest of the wine for at least 3 months with bottle in horizontal position.
