Tasting notes
Harvest: end September. Crushing of the grapes with de-stemming and fermentation in big containers with skins and selected yeasts, at controlled temperature, till the transformation of the natural sugars of the grapes. Decantation of the skins and storage of the Rico' Red wine in suitable containers to guarantee a perfect maturation of the wine. Bottling after sterile filtration. Recommended consumption within 2 years; however, some good vintages allow later consumption.
