Arione Vini - White wines
- Variety: white Cortese.
- Colour: straw yellow with pale green tones.
- Bouquet: delicate floral and fresh fruit notes.
- Taste: velvety, fresh, mineral, balanced.
- Alcoholic content: minimum 12% vol.
- Serving temperature: 8-10 °C.

Harvest: first weeks of September, with hand made selection of the grapes, removal, of damaged or botrytised grapes, when necessary,
Soft pressing, without picking the wood from the bunches, by using pneumatic presses to avoid damaging the wooden part of the grapes, which could give unwanted flavours to the wine. Refrigeration of the most at 6 to 8°C. to stop fermentation and to favour the natural decantation of the skins. Then, selected yeasts are added to the must, already cleaned, for a correct fermentation at 16 to 20°C. With this procedure, its fruity characteristics are preserved. After fermentation, filtration and storage in big stainless steel tanks. Bottling in late winter or in spring, after filtration. Recommended consumption within 2 years; however, some good vintages allow later consumption.

With white wine Gavi: Fresh cheese, fish soups, delicate fish, boiled or fresh vegetables, salads, pasta.
