Arione Cellars
Arione produces its wine from its own vineyards or vineyards otherwise managed by professionals from our company. The technological innovation of our cellars allows for truly avant-garde winemaking processes, however, we maintain respect for the traditions that a quality wine requires. We approach the entire production process in the same way, all the way from the wine’s ageing in tanks and barrels, a process that is carefully monitored and certified.
The production cycle is complete, occurring in our 2 historic wineries, one at Castiglione Tinella and the other at Canelli, with 8 km of distance between them they have the most modern equipment for crushing, fermentation, ageing, bottling and blending.
Finally, the laboratory analysis: technical specialists determine what to do in the cellar during the various stages of the process and quality control, before the wines are finally released to the market.
